With over 11 years of experience in real estate, my career has taken me from the ground up in this industry. Starting as a real estate appraiser with BC Assessment. I assessed all types of properties throughout the lower mainland and the Gulf Islands. During this tenure, besides appraising properties, I frequently explained the breakdown of the appraisal process to homeowners and provided guidance in the appeal of their property values.
As a previous property appraiser, and now mortgage broker, I found I was able to bring value added services that homeowners could not obtain from traditional brokers or their banks.

Pete is a professional mortgage advisor, dedicated to finding the best solutions for his clients. He has lived in the lower mainland for 10 years since moving from Kelowna. With an educational background in both Business and Technology, his prior work experience includes 10 years in IT as a Technical Analyst managing projects including medical system deployment, new facility commissioning, inventory system installation and upgrades. He has also worked as a photographer and owned an international trade company. Pete has lived and travelled extensively in Europe, Africa and India. He is a passionate sailor and skier and is always planning his next adventure or looking for the perfect property to add to his real estate portfolio.
